Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, CRM to drive seller
communications and manage the Seller CRM program.
Key Responsibilities
Manage seller messaging across owned channels to enhance
engagement, conversion, and retention
Analyze seller motivations and user personas to optimize the user
lifecycle
Oversee A/B testing and campaign health checks to drive performance
improvements
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of lifecycle/CRM experience, preferably in mobile
apps
Strong background in growth marketing and customer journey
mapping
Experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Iterable, or Klaviyo
Intermediate knowledge in HTML/CSS
Experience working in markets outside of North America is
preferred
