And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Director of Project Management to lead and oversee strategic initiatives for Network. This individual will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of project managers, ensuring successful execution of high priority projects. The Lead Director will work closely with senior leaders and cross functional teams to drive the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of project managers responsible for delivering complex projects across the enterprise.
• Drive project management best practices, ensuring the consistent application of standard methodologies, tools and standards across the team.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to define project goals, objectives and deliverables aligned with business priorities.
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring clear timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies and change management processes.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, mitigating risks and ensuring projects are executed successfully.
• Provide mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities for project managers and team members.Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in the healthcare or insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $100,000.00 - $231,540.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
