Job Description:
A company is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee fiber
optic construction projects and related systems maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract labor for aerial and underground construction and
maintenance projects
Coordinate with municipalities and utility companies for
construction-related work in the right of way
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to safety
practices and local construction requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering is
preferred
Minimum of five years of outside plant construction management
experience required
Advanced understanding of fiber optic network infrastructure builds
and maintenance principles
Must have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving
record
Ability to adapt to changing conditions and plans with minimal
supervision
