Business Analyst/Project Manager

As a Business Analyst/Project Manager you will:
Seeking a professional with proven expertise in both business
analysis and project management. The ideal candidate will possess a
strong track record of successfully bridging the gap between
business needs and technical execution, demonstrating the ability
to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and drive
initiatives from conception to completion. This dual-role expert
should be adept at stakeholder communication, process improvement,
and cross-functional team leadership, ensuring that both business
objectives and project timelines are consistently met.
Business Analyst Role:Facilitate Event Storming Sessions: Lead and
facilitate event storming sessions with cross-functional teams to
map out business processes, identify domain events, commands, and
aggregates, and collaboratively model complex systems.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders from various
business units to elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize
business requirements. Translate business needs into clear and
concise user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance
criteria.
Data Gathering & Consolidation: Work closely with the project lead
to source data from multiple systems, validating its accuracy, and
transforming it into meaningful insights to support decision-making
and project planning. The candidate should be comfortable working
with both structured and unstructured data, and be able to
synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project
documentation, including meeting minutes, requirements documents,
project plans, and status reports. Provide regular updates to
project sponsors and stakeholders on project progress and key
metrics.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases,
validate solutions against business requirements, and ensure the
quality of delivered software solutions.
Develop Test Scenarios: Collaborate with product owners, and
development teams to identify and define test scenarios based on
business requirements. Ensure test scenarios cover all relevant
user interactions and system behaviors.
Write Test Scripts: Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test
scripts based on defined test scenarios. Document test steps,
expected outcomes, and test data requirements to facilitate test
execution.
Identify Defects: Report and track defects identified during
testing using designated defect tracking tools. Work closely with
development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and retest
fixes to validate defect resolution.
Maintain Test Documentation: Update and maintain test scripts, test
cases, and other testing documentation to reflect changes in system
requirements or enhancements. Keep test documentation organized and
accessible for future reference.
Provide Test Support: Assist in test planning, test estimation, and
test data preparation activities as needed. Collaborate with QA
analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective
test coverage and adherence to quality standards.
Project Management Role:Manage the planning and execution of medium
to large-scale projects, ensuring delivery of intended outcomes
while fostering collaboration to refine ideas and identify new
requirements, maximizing return on investment.
Experienced in agile, waterfall & hybrid project management.
Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to
appropriate levels of management and stakeholders across assigned
projects.
Ensure project(s) deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to
established norms and are managed in alignment with departmental
best practices across their assigned programs and projects.
Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to
ensure achievement of performance goals.
Monitor and control schedule and financial health of their assigned
programs and projects and provide actionable insights to key
stakeholders.
Proactively remove obstacles to drive assigned project's momentum
and progress. Engage and energize the project teams.
Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure
successful completion of assigned projects.
Actively engage stakeholders and project managers of problem
projects to assist with identifying corrective actions.
Develop weekly & other project status reports per communication
plan established by the program manager/delivery lead.
Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business
administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related
field.
8-10+ years Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong
background in project management.
8-10+ years Proficiency in event storming techniques and experience
facilitating event storming sessions.
8-10+ years MS Project, SharePoint, Excel
8-10+ years manufacturing systems LIMS, CeLabs, MES, ERP - SAP
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile,
Scrum, etc.).
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or
Asana.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a
plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $80.58 - $ 90.20 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on
several factors, including the candidate's education, work
experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications,
etc.
