• Primary Care Physician needed to serve homeless population
• Academic responsibilities inclduing supervision of resist who assist in patient consults
• Full-time schedule
• Clinical support staff on-site (Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Dietician, Social Workers)
• Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health
• Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders Qualifications
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal MedicineExceptional Benefits Include:
