Job Description:
A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner who is aligned
with Harm Reduction principles and has experience prescribing
Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote,
full-time, W2 position.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, treat, and manage support for individuals with
substance use disorders (SUDs)
Educate patients on recovery strategies and coordinate treatment
plans with Medical Directors
Participate in department meetings and provide feedback to enhance
digital treatment platforms
Required Qualifications
Active, autonomous Nurse Practitioner license with full
prescriptive authority
Minimum of 1 year of experience prescribing MOUD in an outpatient
setting
Degree from an accredited nursing school and graduate-level nurse
practitioner program
Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model with
medication-assisted recovery
Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
technologies
