Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Analyst to provide
analytic support in cost and utilization reporting and clinical
program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance cost and utilization reporting for medical and
finance managers
Design and conduct analyses to evaluate clinical program
effectiveness and present findings to leadership
Collaborate with IT to enhance automation and establish data
standards for reporting
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analysis
2-3 years of experience working with data, preferably in
healthcare
Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and data visualization
tools like Tableau
Familiarity with statistical analyses and project management skills
are preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
