About The Position
A facility in Potsdam, NY is looking for a locum tenens Cardiology APP to assist with coverage for a maternity leave stretch. Candidates must be board certified and have an active BLS. Active NY license required.In Potsdam, New York, visitors can explore the scenic beauty of the Adirondack region through outdoor activities like hiking, biking, and kayaking. Additionally, the town's vibrant arts and culture scene offers opportunities to visit museums, galleries, and theaters, immersing oneself in the local community and creative expression.This hospital-based role involves seeing 2025 patients per day, working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM with no call. Responsibilities include rounding, consults, device interrogations, writing notes, managing follow-up appointments, assisting with stress tests, notifying patients and providers of abnormal results, handling prescriptions and patient calls, and providing coverage for result in-baskets.
