Responsibilities include recruiting, orientation, and managing clinical data services staff. Additionally, you will provide expertise in coding and classification systems to improve documentation, reimbursement, and the revenue cycle. The role involves conducting chart review, internal/external coding audits, and APG reviews for compliance, as well as supporting hospital revenue initiatives through accurate data management.
