Job Description:
Adecco is working with the top start-ups in the nation. Our client, a young, creative and entrepreneurial start-up specializing in providing a better quality of life for the sick and elderly in their own homes is seeking bright, ambitious and engaging Recruiters to add to their team. These are permanent opportunities with lots of opportunity for career growth. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and recruiting approximately 10-30 caregivers per month.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Must have Homecare/Caregiver knowledge
- Candidate needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, be empathetic,
very organized and able to work in fast-paced settings
- Must be able to work in an autonomous work environment and have
excellent communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience is required
***Note: 2 open positions = 1 NYC and 1 NJ (car required for NJ
location)
