An established ambulatory surgery center located in New York is currently searching for an experienced RN Charge Nurse Endoscopy to join their award-winning team. This regional leading organization prides itself on quality patient-centered care, preventing colon cancer, and raising community awareness. The state-of-the-art facility is home to 3 procedure rooms, 4 admitting bays, and 8 recovery bays. This organization is proudly state licensed, Medicare certified, fully Joint Commission accredited, and has recently received the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE) Quality Star. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Charge Nurse is responsible for organizing staff schedules, enforcing regulatory standards, trains new and existing staff, and serves as clinical expert within the procedure room. The Charge Nurse will also step in clinically as needed and act as a clinical resource within the outpatient surgical center. What's Needed to Succeed:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York
• Prior leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery settings
