*Registered Nurse (Home Health) $100K-$110K Annual Salary!*A leading *home health* organization is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate *Registered Nurse* to provide in-home patient care. In this role, you will manage all aspects of patient care, ensuring high-quality clinical services within a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a *full-time*, Monday-to-Friday position with competitive salarieshigher pay is available for those with Certified Home Health Agency (*CHHA*) experience. This a full-time direct hire opportunity offering competitive salary, *paid medical insurance*, and *PTO*.This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a rewarding career in home health with opportunities for professional growth and development.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide skilled nursing care in patients homes, ensuring individualized and patient-centered treatment.* Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.* Educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions, medication adherence, and home safety.* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with home health regulations.*Requirements:** Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY.* Experience in home health or a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) preferred.* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.* Excellent communication and patient education abilities.___Please note- The annual base salary range is $100k to $110k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
