*Registered Nurse (Home Health) $100k-$110k Anually!*A leading home health organization is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide in-home patient care. In this role, you will manage all aspects of patient care, ensuring high-quality clinical services within a supportive and collaborative environment. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with competitive salarieshigher pay is available for those with Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience. This is a full-time direct hire opportunity offering competitive salary, paid medical insurance, and PTO.This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a rewarding career in home health with opportunities for professional growth and development.*Key Responsibilities:** Provide skilled nursing care in patients homes, ensuring individualized and patient-centered treatment.* Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient care.* Educate patients and families on managing chronic conditions, medication adherence, and home safety.* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with home health regulations.*Requirements:** Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in NY.* Experience in home health or a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) preferred.* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.* Excellent communication and patient education abilities.___Please note- The annual base salary range is $100k to $150k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
