Job Description:

A company is looking for an Occupational Health and Well-being Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess organizational needs and analyze workforce challenges related to occupational stressors
Manage client and stakeholder relationships throughout the consultation project lifecycle
Design surveys, analyze data, and develop insights to improve employee well-being and business outcomes

Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant industry and consulting experience
Expertise in Occupational Health and Safety and Psychosocial Risk Management
Entrepreneurial approach and ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong research and analytical skills
Fluency in PowerPoint and MS Excel
