We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced *Mother/Baby Registered Nurse at $80/hour* to join our healthcare team at *one of NYC's most prestigious hospital systems.* You will be tasked with providing specialized nursing care to both mothers and newborns in the postpartum period, focusing on monitoring, assessment, education, and support for the mother and baby's well-being.*Mother/Baby RN Job Duties Include:** Consults and coordinates with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients (both mother and infant) care plans* Maintains a comfortable, safe and clean environment for mother and infant* Assists mother with her hygienic needs* Checks mother for any post-partum bleeding* Examines mothers fundus* Inspects C-section incision (if applicable)* Assesses mothers pain, if any*Mother/Baby RN Qualifications:** NYS RN License* BSN required* 2+ years of Ante/Post partum experience *REQUIRED** New baby nursery experience *REQUIRED** Magnesium sulfate experience *REQUIRED** BLS/ACLS#INDEEDTHJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $80.00 per hourMedical Specialty:* Labor & Delivery* Ob/Gyn* PediatricsPhysical Setting:* Acute care* Hospital* Inpatient* Magnet hospitalApplication Question(s):* What is the best phone number and email for the employer to contact you?Work Location: In personby Jobble
