  • Deliver patient care based on the nursing process and professional standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs, collaborating with the care team.
  • Educate patients and caregivers about care plans, health promotion, and disease prevention.
  • Ensure high-quality patient experiences, incorporating the tenets of Relationship Centered Care.
  • Monitor and improve patient safety and quality through evidence-based practices.
  • Perform charge nurse duties and manage resources efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and hospital standards.
  • Engage in professional development and contribute to a collaborative care environment.Qualifications:
    • BSN required (associate's degree considered with relevant experience or active BSN matriculation).
    • Current New York State RN License.
    • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience
    • BLS required; EPIC experience preferred.
