• Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
• Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
• Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed Qualifications:
  • Licensed in NYS as an Occupational Therapist
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
  • Basic computer skills
  • CPR and first aid certification required
  • CHT certification a plus
  • Open to new grads
  • 1-2 years of experience working as a licensed therapist in an ortho outpatient clinic with hand therapy treatments preferred;
  • CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 years of experience) waiting to sit for boards OR level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1-2 years of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT/PT a plus
