• A DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree from an ADA-accredited institution.
• A record of excellence in dental education, clinical practice, and research, with a strong understanding of the evolving landscape of dental medicine.
• Proven leadership experience in academic administration, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage faculty, staff, and students.
