This full-time night shift role offers an exciting opportunity to provide clinical leadership and management, fostering an environment of excellence in patient care, staff development, and evidence-based practices. In this position, the RN ANM Medical Surgical will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care quality, safety, and operational efficiency while supporting the professional growth of the staff and the success of the unit.
Qualified candidates for the RN ANM Medical Surgical should hold a current New York State Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support certification, along with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Certification in nursing leadership is preferred upon eligibility, as well as a Master's degree in nursing or a related field. A minimum of two years of clinical experience in medical-surgical care will make you stand out, along with strong communication, leadership, and critical-thinking skills.
