Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager - Retail Compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Investigate and evaluate compliance standards and recommend strategic changes
Ensure dealership systems and forms comply with applicable laws
Develop and implement compliance-related training courses and documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification preferred
5+ years of experience in a dealership compliance function
2+ years in a team-leader role with a focus on quality and process improvement
Familiarity with automotive industry laws and dealership systems
Proficient in MS Office Programs and dealership applications
