A ServiceNow HRSD architect designs and builds solutions for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). They work with clients to identify business needs and create innovative solutions.


Responsibilities


- Design solutions: Architect and develop solutions for HRSD applications like HR case management, onboarding, and employee centers


- Consult with clients: Work with stakeholders to understand their business needs and pain points - Mentor team members: Lead, educate, and develop other team members - Make technical decisions: Be the final technical decision-maker on projects


- Communicate solutions: Communicate the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities to clients and internal resources


- Evaluate technologies: Assess emerging technologies and their potential impact on solutions Required skills and experience


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, IT, or the sciences


- ServiceNow certifications, including the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)


- Experience working on the ServiceNow platform


- Experience in HRSD


- Experience in scripting and app development


- Experience in using Excel, PPT, and Visio Additional qualifications


- Experience in Employee Center or Content Publishing


- Knowledge of web services, APIs, and mobile application design
