• Building powerful relationships with clients and candidates within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Owning the full 360 recruitment process-from business development to placing top talent.
• Driving new business opportunities and expanding your client network.
• Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants, helping them grow and succeed.
• Smashing revenue targets and celebrating wins with an awesome team.
• Championing best practices in recruitment, ensuring quality and compliance.What We're Looking for in a Principal Recruitment Consultant:
• A proven track record as a senior or principal recruiter within an engineering and manufacturing recruitment agency.
