Seton was born of the belief that a tremendous opportunity exists to revitalize urban Catholic schools in America and strengthen the education they provide.About the job of a Recruitment CoordinatorAs a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for instructional, leadership, and network roles. Reporting to the Director of Recruitment, you will help shape the hiring experience to ensure it reflects Brilla's mission and values. Collaborating closely with the People Team, you will refine and enhance hiring processes, ensuring efficiency and a seamless candidate experience that supports employees throughout their journey-from recruitment to retirement.Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • Responsible for collecting and conducting reference checks in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Create and update recruitment materials such as interview guides and marketing collateral to support recruitment efforts and maintain consistency in messaging.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of recruitment processes, procedures, and best practices for internal reference and training purposes.
  • Organize high-volume candidate hiring events, job fairs, and networking sessions to attract and assess potential candidates efficiently.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including distributing welcome packages and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, provide support and guidance, and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and organizational standards.

      • Bachelor's degree.
      • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, operations or related field.

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
      • Proficiency in using recruitment software and technology, including ATS and social media platforms.
