Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join its Labor &
Employment Group in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for a
talented attorney with 3-5 years of experience to contribute to a
dynamic and growing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general employment advice and counseling, including
drafting and reviewing employment, separation, and restrictive
covenant agreements.
Advise on wage and hour compliance, including employee
classifications and general regulatory matters.
Handle leave of absence issues, workplace policies, and compliance
matters.
Represent clients in employment-related litigation, including
discrimination, wage and hour, and restrictive covenant
disputes.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in labor and employment law at a reputable
law firm.
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and
regulations.
Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple matters with attention to detail and
strategic thinking.
Admission to the New York Bar (or eligibility for admission).
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $235,000 - $365,000 (actual pay depends on experience
and other factors).
