Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative solutions and services to address complex business challenges.
Design, build, and refine enterprise-level systems and applications.
Prototype solutions, recommend cutting-edge technologies, and consistently enhance the user experience.
Contributes to the deployment of software releases across various environments, including production and testing.
Work autonomously to lead efforts in ensuring code quality and application stability in an agile setting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, product management, UX/UI, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver applications tailored to business needs.
Assist in planning project timelines, deliverables, and intermediate milestones.
Lead the adoption of engineering best practices, mentoring teams on writing clean, testable code, and using Test-Driven Development (TDD) techniques.
Contribute to the development of new products, services, and technical solutions.
Effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Required Experience & Skills:

8+ years of hands-on experience with Java 17+ and the Spring Framework (including Spring 6 and JPA).
5+ years working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, including experience with PL/SQL, stored procedures, and database optimization.
Extensive background in the development of large-scale SaaS applications using technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, WebSphere, or Tomcat.
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and deployment tools related to continuous delivery and DevOps pipelines.
Strong understanding of unit testing, continuous integration, automated testing, and tools like JUnit.
Deep familiarity with Agile development practices, particularly Scrum and iterative methods.
Comfortable using project management and version control tools like Jira, GitHub, and Jenkins.
Exceptional problem-solving ability with a creative approach to finding solutions.
