Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Technical Writer.
Key Responsibilities
Interview program managers and technical personnel to gather
necessary information for proposals
Develop methodologies that align with customer requirements and
assist in creating win themes
Write and edit clear, persuasive proposal sections and support the
development of related documents
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of IT proposal writing experience, specifically in
federal technical proposals
4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience in a
Federal Government proposal environment
Strong knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and related
tools
Proven ability to conduct effective research on subject matter
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends,
for proposal preparation
