Job Description:
A company is looking for a Roku Developer responsible for
developing and maintaining applications for the Roku platform.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and engineering leadership to
design, develop, test, and launch customer experiences
Write secure, scalable, and maintainable code while maintaining
stable releases through testing
Debug app defects, document solution designs, and improve team
processes and tools
Required Qualifications
Solid working knowledge of Roku SDK, Roku libraries, and
BrightScript
3+ years of professional experience developing Roku apps
Current relevant experience with SmartTV, set-top, or OTT
platforms
Familiarity with developer tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub,
and Charles Proxy
Experience applying Agile methodologies for software
development
