Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and delegate responsibilities of IT teams for mainframe
database systems installation and management
Oversee training sessions and conduct quarterly reviews to align
team goals with business objectives
Manage project documentation, facilitate software releases, and
ensure effective collaboration across departments
Required Qualifications
10+ years of related experience in an IT Operations environment
with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 - 5 years of management experience in a related field
10 years of mainframe database installation and maintenance
experience
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to
learn quickly
