INFRASTRUCTURE IT MANAGER

One of our global banking clients is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager in their NYC HQ to support the Chief Technology Officer. In this position, you will need to have at least 10+ years of experience in the financial or banking industry and have managed a company's infrastructure providing technical knowledge on production services and IT architecture. You will be working globally with the users and systems teams. You will be responsible for the infrastructure Tools, applications, and end-user support. You must have experience with project planning and monitoring, The infrastructure technology will include Security, Storage, Network, Systems, and Databases. You will work closely with the CIO to provide management control and support across all domains of Information Technology.

Partner with IT managers, business managers, and the IT Architecture group to drive select strategic plans, for example, Data Strategy, as well as analysis and potential adoption of emerging technologies at the Bank.

Provide general IT management across a broad set of IT domains as assigned; at times, stepping in to provide additional management oversight for other teams' projects and run-the-bank activities.

Assist in Portfolio planning and development including prioritization, sequencing, feasibility, and risk assessment, across multiple resource pools, multiple functions, and applications.

Assist in project planning and execution oversight of assigned activities across all IT areas.

Lead IT-wide Continuous Improvement planning and program management.

Materially participate with IT leadership in IT Architecture decisions and to develop and execute the IT Strategy

Perform various related duties as assigned by the CIO.

REQUIREMENTS
