opportunity! We're on the lookout for a dynamic Corporate Counsel -
Network Property Management to provide strategic legal guidance on
managing and optimizing the company's network real estate assets
and supporting the timely deployment of new cell towers in
hard-to-cover areas, ensuring we meet our merger commitments and
deliver an unparalleled network experience. This role involves
resolving complex landlord-tenant disputes, negotiating lease
amendments and settlements, and ensuring compliance with property
agreements to support our best-in-class 5G network. This role also
advises on the acquisition, disposition, and operation of critical
network real estate assets, including master lease agreements,
DAS/in-building agreements for venues like stadiums and airports,
and teaming agreements with other carriers. Join a dynamic team of

Base Pay Range: $123,200 - $222,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful
candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will
be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications,
and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this
range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible
for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on
their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end
bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is
set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the
prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for
monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. To
