This position can be located in Waltham, MA, Brooklyn, NY, Hicksville, NY, or Syracuse, NY (candidates may also reside in Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Maine).What you'll doAs a Technical Manager, Enterprise Asset Management, you'll manage application support and delivery, including:

• Directing the overall deployment and activities of staff and facilitating the resolution of situations brought to attention.
• Working directly with business partners and stakeholders to identify requirements and opportunities for application modifications.
• Managing deliverables related to application operation, maintenance, and support.
• Ensuring successful delivery of key capital project implementations.
• Managing outsourced services and cloud/hosted contract SLAs.
• Developing application monitoring for performance optimization.
• Establishing effective working relationships with clients and business partners.
• Utilizing performance metrics to demonstrate service delivery improvements.
• Developing strategic plans to improve application resiliency and service delivery quality.
• Building a high-performing support team and effective support model.
• Ensuring adherence to SOX mandated controls.About you
  • Enthusiastic with strong team leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years related application support experience, including 5 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
  • 5+ years managing outsourced IT managed services providers.
  • Experience supporting COTS and other application software solutions.
  • Experience with work and asset management applications such as IBM Maximo or Logica STORMS.
  • Hands-on technical knowledge in application development and maintenance support.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.
