We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our products while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity.What you'll doAs a Principal Engineer - AI/ML, you will serve as a senior individual contributor, responsible for overseeing technical decisions and directing the architecture of AI/ML-related systems and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and integration of AI/ML solutions that align with our strategic goals. Specifically, you will:

• Lead the design and development of scalable AI/ML architectures and systems
• Make critical technical decisions to guide the direction of AI/ML projects
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, product teams, and compliance to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing and new products
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality and performance of AI/ML systems
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and team members
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI/ML developmentWhat's Required
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
