In this role, the Safety and Technology Manager will institute and ensure that proper protocols in these two key areas are being followed by local teams across all buildings. Additionally, the Technology Manager will work to revamp Atmosphere's technology systems in order to make them more efficient and effective.Job Responsibilities:
• Technology Vision & Strategy- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the school's mission and goals.- Stay up-to-date on the latest educational technology trends, innovations, and best practices.- Collaborate with the leadership team to integrate technology into the school's educational framework.
• IT Infrastructure & Management- Oversee the school's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software.- Ensure the security and integrity of all technology systems.
• Educational Technology Integration- Lead the implementation and integration of digital tools and resources to support teaching and learning.- Provide training and professional development for faculty and staff.
• Staff & Student Support- Provide technical support to students, staff, and faculty.- Manage the school's help desk.
• Data Management & Reporting- Oversee student data management systems.- Ensure compliance with educational regulations.
• Budget & Resource Management- Procure new hardware, software, and services as necessary.
• Leadership & Collaboration- Lead, mentor, and manage the school's IT team.- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications:
• Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).- 5+ years of experience in educational technology or IT management.
• Skills & Abilities:- Strong understanding of educational technology tools and platforms.- Strong communication skills.
