Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for an Insurance Defense Attorney, to join our winning team in Parsippany.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (admission to Pennsylvania State Bar a plus).
Four to Five years of civil litigation experience in state and federal courts.
Perform legal research.
Prepare and respond to discovery.
Ability to take and defend depositions.
Draft and argue dispositive motions.
Assist with mediation, arbitration, trials, and hearings.
