Associate General Counsel - Lateral Conflicts & Integration - New YorkDirect Counsel is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join the Office of the General Counsel at a top-tier law firm in New York. This role will focus on lateral conflicts and integration, working closely with the Conflicts Department and serving as the primary liaison for lateral hires.Key Responsibilities

• Lateral conflicts clearance and conflict resolution support
• Onboarding assistance from the General Counsel Office's perspective
• Support new partners with matter openings and clearance upon arrivalQualifications
  • 10+ years of legal practice experience, including broad in-house experience (preferably at an Am Law 100 firm)
  • Substantive conflicts review and litigation experience
  • Admitted to the New York State Bar and in good standingCompensation & Benefits
    • Salary Range: $325,000 - $360,000, based on experience
