Job Description:

A company is looking for a Relationship Development Specialist in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct lead generation and outreach through calls, emails, and social media
Manage sales pipeline and nurture relationships with potential clients
Present and communicate the value of services to prospective referral partners

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two years of sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare
Proven track record of meeting quotas and achieving KPIs
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales activities
Creative approach to prospecting and relationship building
