Job Description:
This role requires a strong understanding of booking flights,
accommodations, and transportation, while ensuring a seamless
travel experience for clients while adhering to company policies
and budgets.The successful candidate will train as a travel
professional with the option to specialize in Business Travel and
manage all aspects of business travel arrangements, including
flight bookings, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and travel
itineraries.Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate Travel Planning: Arrange and coordinate domestic and
international travel for business clients, including flights,
hotels, car rentals, and other relevant services.
- Client Consultation: Engage with corporate clients to assess
their travel requirements, preferences, and budgetary limits,
providing tailored travel solutions that align with company
policies.
- Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel bookings adhere to
corporate travel policies and budgetary guidelines, while
maximizing value for both clients and the organization.
- Itinerary Management: Create, monitor, and update detailed
travel itineraries, anticipating potential issues and making
real-time adjustments when necessary.
- 24/7 Travel Support: Provide ongoing assistance for urgent
travel changes, cancellations, or emergencies, ensuring minimal
disruption to clients' schedules.
- Vendor Negotiations: Leverage relationships with airlines,
hotels, and other service providers to secure favorable rates and
added value for corporate clients.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive records of client
preferences, travel history, and bookings to improve service
efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Regulatory Guidance: Offer expert advice on visa requirements,
travel restrictions, and health advisories, ensuring clients meet
all necessary travel regulations.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on global travel trends,
emerging destinations, and updates in travel technology, applying
this knowledge to improve the client experience.Qualifications &
Experience:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a
demonstrated track record of managing complex travel
itineraries.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong
relationships with both clients and vendors.
- Ability to be coachable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle
high-priority travel requirements with urgency and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all bookings and billing
are handled with precision.
- High degree of professionalism and discretion when managing
