The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of personal qualities, wellbeing and academic progress of up to 400 learners in 16 mixed age pastoral form groups. You will work alongside two other Heads of Learning, each of you responsible for two 'Families' of 200 learners. The responsibilities are similar to those of a 'Head of Key Stage', when form groups are organised in the same age groups.
