Job Description:
A company is looking for a GRC Leader to oversee governance,
risk, and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and enhance the technology governance and compliance
program with a focus on automation and proactive monitoring
Manage compliance processes for cybersecurity and privacy,
including SOC2, GDPR, and ISO27001
Lead audits and partner with finance and legal teams to streamline
compliance and privacy processes
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of experience in GRC, internal audit, security, or
privacy
Hands-on experience with technology control frameworks and privacy
regulations
Ability to establish credibility and build trust across various
organizational functions
Desire to learn new technologies and write automation scripts for
compliance efficiency
Broad industry experience, including roles in Big 4 and in-house
compliance, is a plus
