Super Age is a fast-growing consumer brand that is built to
champion longevity and wellness. Our flagship newsletter, The
Mindset, has 350,000 subscribers and is growing at a rate of
-20,000 subscribers per day. We anticipate a readership of several
million readers over the next 1-2 years, with further growth from
there.
Our audience is engaged, influential, and deeply invested in
longevity and well-being. With open rates routinely over 50%, we
reach them in a trusted space-their inbox-where they take the time
to read and engage with our content. We go beyond traditional
health coverage, curating a blueprint for modern thriving:
mindfulness and mindset, strength training and fitness, sleep
quality, social connection and purpose, emotional intelligence,
luxury wellness, purposeful travel, and more.
About this Role
We are ready to develop our first cohort of brand sponsors for
Super Age. We want to find and engage premium brands to sponsor
editions of The Mindset, articles or article series, content
verticals on our website, and - soon - events or other activations
that we can produce.
We are looking for someone who deeply understands premium consumer
brands, loves doing this business development work, and wants to
join a high-performing team with a big mission and strong audience
momentum. You will build this function for us from scratch, and
lead the function as we grow several tiers of annual revenue. This
means you are both strategic and proactive, but also adept at
rolling up your sleeves and closing business.
Requirements
You are a great fit for this role if you:
Are high integrity, low ego, savvy, driven, and an excellent
communicator with a bias towards action and moving at a strong pace
while delivering high quality work.
Are based in New York, and connected to the business world of
consumer brands, media, wellness, design, arts, and culture.
Are comfortable prospecting, opening, developing, and closing
partners without oversight.
Can reliably and routinely close multi-six figure sponsorship and
other media packages with premium brands.
Can ask as the "voice of the market" internally, helping our team
further develop our products and offerings, to take advantage of
industry opportunities and make the most of our assets.
Can be creative in finding new things for us to sell that drive
large amounts of value to our partners and our audience.
This will be a hybrid role; you can be flexible in your location
but must be able to cowork in person with colleagues a few days per
week and/or when needed.

Compensation for this role includes base salary, performance
compensation, equity in Super Age, as well as health insurance and
a generous suite of additional perks & benefits.
We are seeking a longterm fit with our team in a full-time hire,
but are open to contract or fractional if there is a perfect fit
and good reason to structure it that way.
