Counselor 121 - Edison, New Jersey

Annual Salary = $45,000

Catholic Charities Youth Partial Care is seeking Counselors in an intensive outpatient program for 9-17 year olds.

Responsibilities:

Group activity planning, co-facilitating therapy and skills building groups, meeting with youth in individual, group, and family settings, and transporting youth to and from program in an Agency vehicle.
The Youth Partial Care program has a proven track record of facilitating youth clinical progress through both evidence based therapeutic interventions and fun and creative activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and experience working with children is required.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
Counselors work a compressed work week of schedule of 10AM-8PM Monday through Thursday during the school year and 9AM-7PM during the summer, with Fridays always off.

Clinical Supervision for clinical licensure is available for Masters-level candidates. Internship supervision is available for work-study MSW and counseling students.
