Job Description:

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage vendor invoices and accounts payable processes.



Key Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable ledger
Reconcile bank activity and monitor outstanding checks
Assist in month-end closing and provide necessary reports


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of three years of accounts payable experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables
Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite or SAP Business One
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
