Job Description:

A company is looking for an Outpatient CDI Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement outpatient CDI strategies to enhance clinical documentation quality and accuracy
Supervise daily operations and lead outpatient CDI and HCC coding programs
Collaborate with clinical leaders to educate on documentation best practices and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing required
Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Carolina or a compact state required
Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist - Outpatient (CCDS-O) required
4 years of outpatient CDI experience, including 2 years of leadership experience required
Master's degree in nursing preferred
