Responsibilities:

Provide high quality grooming services for all breeds of dogs
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for dogs during grooming sessions
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's specific grooming needs and preferences
Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Ensure all grooming equipment is in good working order and report any necessary repairs or maintenance to management
Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
Supervise, train, and develop other grooming staff
Documenting notes in our computer system

Senior Groomer Compensation :

50% commission on haircuts and tips & tails (net of credit card fees)
25% commission on baths and brush outs (net of credit card fees)
