Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate new
partnership opportunities with relevant brands, beauty
professionals, and organizations that align with Realself's
mission.
- Proposal creation & Negotiation: Develop compelling proposals
for brand partnerships that address partner goals and align with
RealSelf's offerings; lead discussions and negotiate terms to
ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Brand Relationship Management: Act as a primary point of
contact for brand partners, cultivating strong, long-term
relationships to drive continued collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with RealSelf's
brand and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of
partnership initiatives and alignment with company goals.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Set partnership goals, track
performance metrics, and provide regular updates and insights to
internal stakeholders. Adjust partnership strategies as necessary
based on data and feedback.
- Market Insight & Strategy Development: Monitor industry trends,
competitive activities, and market opportunities to keep RealSelf
at the forefront of the aesthetics and beauty partnership
landscape.Requirements:
- You are located in New York City.
- You have a Bachelor's degree.
- You are comfortable coming into the RealSelf downtown Manhattan
office 2-3 days a week.
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business
development, or related field, ideally within beauty, health, or
lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful
brand partnerships and business development strategies.
- Strong relationship management skills with a history of
establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in setting KPIs, analyzing
data, and optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and
meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ideal Qualities:
