Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to
support the setup and launch of new clients' 401(k) plans.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to identify their needs and assist in
establishing 401(k) plans
Educate and guide new customers on retirement savings options
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer needs are met and
processes are driven forward
Required Qualifications
Knowledge and experience with retirement plan design, particularly
401(k) plans
3+ years of customer onboarding experience in a SaaS environment or
retirement industry
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client
interaction
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and
deadlines
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
