BOOKKEEPER WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH BREAKING DOWN CLOSED FILES,
PAYING REAL ESTATE TAXES, TRANSFER TAXES, MORTGAGE TAXES,
UNDERWRITER REMITANCE, HANDLING ESCROW ACCOUNTS, RECORDINGS,
ECT.SUBSTANTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH
