its clients.Role Description:We are looking for a dynamic and
experienced Head of Channel Partnerships to lead our growth
initiatives across the Americas and Europe. This pivotal role will
involve building, nurturing, and scaling strategic relationships
with partners across the AdTech, Retail, and SaaS ecosystems,
including DSPs, third-party ad servers, eCommerce platforms, cloud
providers, systems integrators, agencies providing managed
services, and consulting firms.As a key driver of our go-to-market
strategy, you will align partner capabilities with our growth
objectives, expand the adoption of our SaaS platform, and
accelerate revenue generation.Location: New York City, NY -
Flexible/Hybrid Work ModelKey Responsibilities:
- Develop and Expand Channel Partnerships:
- Identify, recruit, and establish strong partnerships with DSPs,
third-party ad servers, cloud providers, systems integrators,
eCommerce platforms, and consulting firms that focus on Retail and
Advertising industries.
- Design and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with
partners to boost solution awareness and revenue potential.
- Ensure alignment of partner objectives with our SaaS solutions
to drive shared success and build sustainable, long-term
partnerships.
- Continuously nurture relationships to encourage partnership
renewal and sustained growth.
- Drive Product Awareness and Revenue Growth through
Partners:
- Collaborate with channel partners to identify and qualify new
business opportunities, ensuring a steady pipeline of enterprise
sales leads.
- Develop joint business plans (JBPs) and co-marketing campaigns
targeted at key accounts and industry verticals.
- Align channel strategies with sales goals, enabling faster deal
closures and enhanced customer acquisition.
- Foster Strategic Collaboration and Cross-Functional
Alignment:
- Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to
ensure seamless integration of partner programs with our strategic
initiatives.
- Build and provide enablement resources to help partners
effectively position and sell our SaaS platform.
- Establish feedback loops and deliver performance reports to
evaluate partner-driven opportunities and optimize outcomes.
- Leverage Market and Industry Insights:
- Stay updated on AdTech, Retail, and SaaS industry trends to
identify emerging opportunities and create competitive
advantages.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve
partnership performance.
- Represent and Advocate for the Company:
- Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and
partner summits to enhance visibility and strengthen
relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, ensuring they are
equipped to deliver customer value through our solutions.You will
be a great fit, if you have:
- 8-10 years of experience building and scaling partnerships in
AdTech, Retail Tech, or Consulting industries.
- Proven expertise in working with DSPs, third-party ad servers,
cloud providers, systems integrators, and other technology
partners.
- A strong track record of developing and executing joint
go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS-based business models and
demonstrated success in driving B2B growth through
partnerships.
- Ability to align and lead cross-functional teams across
product, marketing, and sales to achieve ambitious goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience engaging and
influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset to inform strategy and
optimize performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage
