Job Description:
A company is looking for an Escrow Processor for a remote
position in the United States.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an ongoing daily task list with no overdue tasks
Provide back-room operations support for closing, including
reviewing necessary documents and ordering certificates
Evaluate real estate contracts and coordinate necessary follow-ups
for payoffs and other required documents
Required Qualifications
Experience in the closing/title/real estate industry
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
Proficiency in computer skills in a paperless environment
Flexibility to work during core business hours and extended hours
as needed
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and assess risk
