Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Training and
Development to manage training programs and evaluate their
effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal customers to
develop learning programs
Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate instructor-led and online
training
Manage the corporate learning management system and maintain
training records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Adult Education, Training, Organizational
Development, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent
experience
3-4 years of hands-on experience in live training delivery and
evaluation in a corporate environment
Experience with learning management system administration and
authoring tools
Preferred experience in training within an insurance, PBM, health
care, or regulated environment
Commitment to compliance program objectives and cooperative
interaction with colleagues
